ePAMS+ (ePrescribing-based AntiMicrobial Stewardship Plus) is an antimicrobial initiative that aims to safely reduce unnecessary antibiotic use in hospitals by helping hospital staff to:

• Stop antibiotics early that are no longer needed for a patient’s admission
• Switch patients who still need antibiotics from the intravenous to oral route as soon as clinically indicated
